Your delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paytm, UPI and PayPal.
Delivery time varies from location to location. Upon checkout you will receive a tracking number via email allowing you to see exactly when your package will be arriving. If you do not receive a tracking number please feel free to contact us!
We understand that shopping online can be worrisome, but rest assured that your data is protected. We do not save our customers information and all purchases are encrypted.
After ordering one of our products you will receive a tracking number withing 24hrs via email. If you do not receive a tracking number please feel free to contact us.
You will receive an invoice for your order. It will be delivered with your order. Feel free to email us as well if needed.

Advanced questions
You can cancel your order any time before it ships by contacting sales or submitting a Support Request. Please include your order number. Keep in mind that orders are shipped on a first-come, first-serve basis, and order cancellations cannot be reversed. Orders cancelled after shipment must be processed as returns.
Check your order confirmation for lead times and other information, and check the packing slip to confirm the items for each shipment. Orders may have multiple shipments, and items will ship as they are available.
Caredom has a high standard of quality, and we aim to deliver products without damage. In the case of damage, please notify us by submitting a support request as soon as possible. Please include details about the problem, including photos of any visual damage.
We’re not able to change shipping addresses after an order has been submitted. If you need to change the shipping address, please cancel your order and place a new order with the new shipping address.
Currently we do not ship internationally from India.
